Do you remember a recent dream you had? Or an older one that stayed vivid in your mind? Today, you’re your own Freud: Tell us the dream, then interpret it for us! Feel free to be as serious or humorous as you see fit, or to invent a dream if you can’t remember a real one.
Dreams are great! Well the funny, weird ones, where you wake up thinking what the hell was that about? I sometimes wake up crying or laughing. I really hope that when I have dreams where I’m yelling that I’m not actually yelling for real!
The dreams with spiders, or high places that I have to balance on so I don’t fall, or where my family members are being super mean to me making me feel like crap, or where I need to dial a phone number right but can’t, or my knees don’t work, or I can’t see clearly; those ones I don’t like.
When I was growing up I would sit on the ground, with my arms wrapped around my bent knees and off I’d go, over the tree tops. Those dreams stopped when I flew for the first time, I kinda wished they hadn’t. The black car chasing me dreams stopped when, in one dream, I stopped running and turned to face the car and it disappeared.
I once had a dream years ago that I was stuck in an oyster shell. I was so tiny that no one could hear me…someone (probably that ‘dream’ guy that I’m always really happy to see – haven’t a clue who he is lol) got me out by positioning these dice like things in the right way, my skin was all dry and flaky. Who knows what brought that dream on…
Ever had that dream where you really have to pee but can’t find a functioning toilet or anywhere where you can go? Or the naked, or almost naked, in public dream? Or the ‘you’re back a high school’ dream and can’t find your class/locker/clothes?
Dreams are just dreams, your subconscious telling itself stories until you wake up and throw boring reality at it, no interpreting necessary 🙂
